4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 story house in Radiance neighborhood. Small private room available with closet and window w/screen overlooking backyard/alley driveway area (good sunset view). Small backyard with grass. Bedroom would share hallway bath with roommate. All beds, laundry room, and both full baths upstairs. Carpet in rooms, wood in hallway. Heating + fireplace (no A/C unfortunately). Small under stairs area and garage used for storage. Street parking in front of house. HOA. Skatepark and multiple playgrounds down the street with tons of sidewalks and paths for walking. Utilities vary month by month but include: electricity, water, gas, yard waste/garbage/recycle, wifi, HOA fee.

Hi! My name is R and I live with two other LGBTQ females. One is my partner, K. She has the master bedroom and I have the smallest bedroom across the hall from her. We both share the master bathroom. Next to K’s room is the laundry room with washer, dryer, drying racks, and shelf. Next to that is the full hall bath. Across the hall (next to my room) is the spare bedroom we are filling. The end of the hall is our other roommate M’s room. Downstairs is the living room, dining room, .5 bath, kitchen, and garage. We are fully furnished but are welcome to more. We have a wall mounted TV above the fireplace and a full dining table. The garage is mostly for storage of boxes, decor, bikes, etc. K usually parks in the driveway. The backyard is small but has plenty of shade and a small patio. We have a full sized grill and usually a few (dying) potted plants. We have one cat and we’re not very interested in adding any more. We are looking for a female roommate to help with rent. We all have our own jobs with crazy hours so we need someone who can respect being generally quiet. We are not always tidy, but we are hygienic. We are not opposed to guest so long as they are not over every night and taking advantage of utilities. We occasionally like to have “house dinners” when everyone is off to cook/grill and play games. Open to drinking/weed if not in excess. Covid conscious. K: outgoing, Leo, talkative. Will talk to strangers about any and everything. Loves—good sales, Christmas, Disney, ice cream, hiking, traveling, working. Hates—waking up early, most vegetables, doing chores. Is a Disney Cast Member and works at a shelter for homeless youth. R: quiet, Scorpio, organized. Very introverted. I spend a majority of the time in my room playing games, reading, or entertaining the cat. Loves—sweets, Zelda, sleeping, Halloween. Hates—people being loud, disorganization, being hot, wearing pants. Works as a service advisor at a dealership. M: outgoing, Sagittarius, messy. Likes to talk politics and can bring every conversation back to capitalism or the patriarchy. Spends most of her time at work. Loves: pasta, books, Halloween, tea, and hanging out. Hates: people who are loud early in the morning, everyone trying to do laundry at once, not being able to wear sweatshirts all the time.
