You will have access to the majority of the home, including backyard - a fully equipped kitchen - 2 large receptions - A dining room - Laundry room (with a washer and dryer). The whole house was just painted. Brand new flooring downstairs and upstairs. Room for one person only. Prefer professionals or students. No pets. No smoking. No overnight sleep. Overnight sleep can be arranged before hand with landlord, it will be $50 per person per night. Prior notice to landlord is required.
