Midtown/Larkspur! Close to it all! The bedroom includes a spacious closet and nook/office space attached. The room is somewhat furnished as a guest bedroom right now, so those furnishings could be available or not depending on preference. Shared bathroom with bathtub/shower combo, kitchen, living, dining and fenced front yard. It’s not huge, but it does the trick and has ample locked storage. Washer and dryer in unit! Wood burning fire place in the cold winter months! Lawn maintenance and pest control included by landlord.

I am a 35 year old female who works full time in the nearby Old Mill District! I have a dog who also lives with me, she is a 6 year old Aussie/Lab Mix, so you must be a dog person and be ready to become her new best friend! When I’m not working, I like to be outdoors with my dog, hiking and dog parking it. I also enjoy nights in watching a movie or the newest cult documentary.
