Meagan's room

This is a four-bedroom two bath house located in Upland California close to 15th and Mtn.. I have three bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. One bedroom is available to rent and can be furnished with a queen bed and dresser or you can furnish yourself. The bathroom is not connected but just outside the room. The two other rooms upstairs are used as storage and one is a Play room for my grandkids when they come over. There is a parking spot available and the kitchen is downstairs. Laundry is in the garage which is connected to the house. I have the master bedroom downstairs.

I work from home so I am home most of the time. I have two dogs both of which are old and do not go upstairs. Must be comfortable with grandkids coming over to play every once in a while. Will be respectful of your space. Looking for a serious work driven individual or a student. No drugs allowed and no parties. I will require a background check. I keep to my own business and I’m pretty quiet. I just have too many rooms And looking to rent one out. Please reach out if interested.
