It’s a move-in ready home comes with premium features such as new flooring, custom cabinetry, countertops, new bathroom tiles, new vanities, and stainless-steel appliances. Utilities include water, sewer, electric, gas, trash, and high-speed internet. The rent also includes professional monthly cleaning service and monthly common supplies for the home (such as: paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap etc.). In addition, you have full access to the shared kitchen, living area, dining area, quiet/study room, washer and dryer like other roommates in the house.

Policies: This is a Non-drinking, No-drugs, No-firearms or fireworks, No-partying, No-drama house. No pets and no smoking of any kind please. One roommate is allergic. Household responsibilities are equally shared.

Criteria to qualify for residency includes:

• Proof of identification
• Verification of current employment
• Gross income of at least 3 times the rent amount
• Verification of positive current rental history
• Positive credit history (620 minimum credit score)
• Clear background check

We’re very quiet, peaceful, and respectful to each other. We’re looking for someone who is considerate, respectful of the house and others, and who doesn’t have to be told to clean up after themselves or help keep the place clean.
