Large house in a quiet neighborhood with huge upstairs bedrooms in Cocoa near 520. Furnished room with queen bed, L-shaped desk, shelves, dresser, and optional lighted vanity. Bathroom available outside the room, with another bathroom available downstairs. Rooms have electronic keyless entry and parking is available. Internet and utilities are included. Maid service will be provided for the bathroom and communal areas twice monthly. There is a large kitchen and two living rooms. Laundry is available in home.

Younger prior military married couple looking to rent out a room upstairs in our house. We have 5 cats and love animals, our cats stay downstairs. Absolutely no drugs allowed, but we are alcohol friendly so long as you are responsible. Looking for someone quiet and clean, just like us.
