About the room
This is for a private room and private bathroom in a townhome located in the STEVENSON RANCH, Palisades townhome complex. Requirements are: You are FEMALE. You are a non-smoker. You do not do drugs; including weed (there is a kid in the house) You are in full-time college or working at a job outside the home that is essentially 9-5 Monday through Friday. You love animals and respect that doors must remain closed so as to not let the dog or cats accidentally out. You tolerate a 16 yo teenager. You are quiet and not disruptive when coming home late. Please, no overnight guests or pets. You are clean and clean-up your messes.
