Owner is moving and doesn’t need the extra bedroom, walk-in closet, office, kitchen, balcony, hammock, furniture, bathroom, etc. Best apartment complex that owner has occupied in the past 11 years. Excellent staff and amenities (gym, business center, swimming pool, etc). 🏊♀️
Rent is due monthly on the 1st. August will be prorated (depending on how many weeks it is occupied).
Pay for 10 months now and your last 2 months are free.
About the roomies
2.5 bed and 2 bath unit. No pets currently occupying the space. One kind male is living in the smaller bedroom and bathroom, he is here from France for a 16 month internship. Easy to live with. Common areas always kept very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Game room with a large collection and living room is getting a new very large tv. Washer and dryer are in-unit.
