• Walking distance from Embarcadero, FiDi, SoMa, Chinatown, Northbeach, and the Caltrain station. This area has a 100 transit score so its super convenient to go to any neighborhood in SF
• Great amenities: terraces with amazing views of the bay, nice 24x7 building gym, lounges for working, spaces for hosting large groups with TVs and grills, etc.
