The available room is the master bedroom w/master bath inside a 3 bedroom condo. Balcony, 2 large closets, and sitting area. Located in nice area, secluded on the backside of a gated community. Driveway and street parking available. Security cameras. Fully furnished with utilities and internet included.

I reside outside the state and will be visiting my father who is ill from time to time. This will be a shared space only when I’m in town. I’m a widower, grandmother but young at heart. I’m easy going and like to keep things tidy.
