The room comes furnished with a full bed, a table chair, and nightstand, and you’ll share common areas like the dining room, kitchen, and patio. WiFi, gas, and maintenance are included.
Must pass a background and credit check, work outside the home, and maintain a drug-free, smoke-free, and pet-free environment. A $40 application fee and a $350 refundable deposit are required. Rent is due monthly, with a minimum 3-month lease agreement.
