I am renting a room with an attached bath in the Riverside/Montopolis area. The house is nestled in Cantera Vista, a small private, gated, fenced community. The 3 bedroom, 2/5 bath house has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a small backyard patio with off-street parking and is close to downtown and the airport.

The bedroom includes a queen bed, nightstand, and TV. The room is ±150 sq ft. (14’X10’) and has direct access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower and a huge walk-in closet. The utilities include water, electricity, internet, and some streaming services. I’m looking for a male roommate, preferably gay.

I am a gay male, liberal, and a non-smoker who works from home. I enjoy camping, watching movies & TV, and reading.

I have 2 small, wonderful pups, so 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒎𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒅𝒐𝒈𝒔. Due to HOA rules, I’m not able to allow additional pets.
