Apartment parking is $8/month, spots are first come first serve. If you want a private garage, they are an additional $100/month. Apartment complex has fitness center open during business hours, as well as outdoor pool and playground for children. Barbecue grills are also open to use. The complex is near a paved trail that is excellent for walking/running/biking/rollerblading.
