Jennifer's room

Its a 2bedroom apartment, one room is mine. The other room is for renter room is smaller compare to my room but a decent size. It has 1 single bed with closet to put your stuff. $500 monthly 1st month to be paid when you move in. Plus the 150 security deposit. Will be sharing kitchen and bathroom. No male visitor pls .but female visitors are welcome. Sometimes i have my daughter during the weekend. I have the apartment for almost 3 yrs now so dont expect it to be super nice.

Im nice shy and quiet but once i get to know you im witty and funny. Im not picky, as long as they clean up after themselves its fine. It doesnt have to be a neat freak. I love to watch movies and shows so most of the time im in the living room watching if im not working. I do smoke but ill smoke in the balcony.
