Located right next to Hertel Ave, and 5 mins to the Buffalo Zoo. This three story house is 4 bedroom 2 bath, with an additional family room, loft, and enclosed porch. Off street parking is easily available. The house is very cute but laid back, and in a lovely and safe neighborhood. There’s a washer and dryer in the house.

**Wall will be painted this weekend, so it will be a nice light sage green and not the intense yellow

I am a recent college grad and Buffalo area professional. Ideally looking for a student or young professional. You will live with three other roommates, all of us are quiet, clean and respectful. We are only looking for female roommates at this time.
