Lauren's room

The house is half a duplex on a quiet street. There is laundry in the basement, new appliances in the kitchen, and the house and room are furnished. The bedroom available to rent is on the main floor. It has a closet and two windows. The way the house is set up, the two bedrooms are very separate. Living room, kitchen, etc would be shared space. There is technically off street parking but it isn’t easy to get to, so I usually park on the street. The house has an alarm system, but this is a pretty safe neighborhood.

I’m a 29yo professional, female, I have a small dog. The landlord is a friend of mine and he comes up a day or two a month to hang out and do house projects. He usually brings his small dog, so we are probably full when it comes to pets.

I keep to myself for the most part. Anytime I am not home, my dog hangs out in his crate. I like to make things.. I sew, paint, weave baskets.. I’m probably going to start learning stained glass soon. Looking for someone chill to live with.
