Cullen's room

This property is a gem. Located 1/2 mile east of UCSC campus close to the lookout trail of Pogonip. The farmhouse features a meadow, redwood forest, oak woodland and small creek, which are all in walking distance and on property. This excites me as I love nature. There is a small orchard of citrus as well as a gated area designated for a garden. One upstairs bedrooms available with beautiful views. Two full bathrooms one upstairs, one downstairs. Downstairs features a kitchen, pantry/laundry, and living room with an outdoor patio. An outdoor shed will be available as well to store all the crazy outdoor gear of the household.

I encountered this property and knew that It was where I needed to be, therefore I jumped on the opportunity to sign the lease, and now am in need of two roommates. A little about myself - in Agroecology at UCSC. I was born and raised in southern California, and have sustained a full-time lust for adventure since I could walk. I want to grow my own food, cook meals with roommates, and keep a clean and healthy lifestyle. Part of the reason I chose to go to school at UCSC is to explore the coastlines and forests of Santa Cruz, so if you are into an adventure we will get along.
