This is a Master Suite with a 2-sided sliding glass door closet, and a private ensuite bathroom. There is the option to have a bed included. House Includes: Full house access - Back Yard Access, including grill and hot tub - Home is minimally furnished - Utilities Included - Monthly Rent due on 1st of every month not to exceed the 5th, late fee charge $50 will apply on 6th of the month. - First month’s rent plus $700 Security Deposit prior to move-in. Close to Delta Shores, 5 & 99 Fwy, 10-15 minutes from Downtown. Street parking is available.
About the roomies
Looking for a clean, quiet, “outside the home “Working Professional”. Students welcome. Must be Clean, Reliable, Respectful, and Quiet. CLEAN - No Pets - No Cigarette smoking in the house. Proof of employment and 3 references are required. I am a single woman with a small friendly dog. I am pretty quiet and do prefer someone who is as well… Normal noise level is low to medium. I do ask that you help keep areas clean and tidy but otherwise enjoy the home. Open to anyone-
