Currently in search of a roommate. I am located in Paducah. One of my current roommates is working on moving out towards July. You have a huge room available to you and a potentially shared restroom. The home is located on a beautiful 5 acre lot and has plenty of parking.

Single floor home 2400 square feet 3 bed 2 bath On 5 acres Animal friendly 2 enclosed back yards (Gated)

I am currently in the process of remodeling some stuff but nothing interferes with your room or living.

I will be charging $800 flat but am negotiable in specific scenarios.

Currently living here is me and my two dogs they are both very sweet and my other roomie.

One of my roommates is getting ready to leave soon, so that’s why I am posting to look around.
