This is a 2100-sqft-house with 3 bedrooms. Our current housemate is moving out, so we’re looking for a new housemate for a spacious master room who likes to keep the shared space clean.

・Duration: long-term preferred. At least 1 year.

・Start date: 9/1-

・Location: 182nd Street & Van Ness Ave. Convenient access to 405 freeway entrance (Crenshaw, Western, Normandie)

・Parking: Easy street parking or parking on the lot.

・Deposit: $1600

・Rent: $1250 per month for a single / $1400 per month for a couple

・Room: A huge 620sqft master room on the first floor that comes with your own bathroom and 2 walk-in closets. Large enough for a couple to live in. We share kitchen and living room.

・Housemates: 2 male living on the 2nd floor. A working young professional and a grad student. LGBTQ friendly.

・Furniture: This won’t be a furnished room as all furniture will be removed by 9/1.

・Laundry: We have a washer and dryer in the garage.

・Smoking: No smoking inside the house, but you can smoke outside.

・Neighborhood: Nice neighbors and quiet neighborhood. No pets. No party.
