Nicole's room

Conveniently located in beautiful Kailua right off the pali highway! Lovely front and back yard, 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house completely separate from all other homes and stands alone. Privet driveway port and outside patio area. Plenty of street parking as well. Walking from parks, YMCA, and CASTLE hospital. Two “living spaces,” one in front of house, separated by an open kitchen which then leads into second shared living space with coach and tv ect. Half bathroom in master bedroom and shared shower/bathtub in full bathroom. The room for rent is not the master, so you would be using the shared bathroom with one other person. The room can come furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs. There is room for more furnisher in the house but we also do have it completely furnished as is. Rugs, desk, chairs, sofa, shelves, coffee machine, blender, beanbag, N64; all the essentials.

The house is occupied by two females in there early 30s late 20s (lol). We each have our own bedroom and would like a third roommate to fill the other!

We’ve known each-other our entire lives and are best friends who moved here from so-cal together, so absolutely no roommate drama from us, were quite comfortable living together.

We’ve had male roommates in the past and its worked out, so open to both females or male roommates. Although, you’d have to be open to giving your opinion on outfit and costume changes from time to time regardless of your sex, heads up. We’re very easy to get along with, we enjoy hiking, swimming, spending time at the beach and competing against each-other in the kitchen. We also own two DOCILE , meaning sweet and non-invasive indoor cats. We vacuum and clean everyday to the point you wouldn’t even know they were here unless your having a bad day and need cuddles.
