My house has a room for rent, located in Buena Park downtown. My house has multiple parking spaces. This is a quiet place, a nice neighborhood. The house has a beautiful pool and a big backyard. You will have your own bathroom, your own air conditioner. The place is very clean and quiet, we are 9 minutes away from Disney Land, 1-2 miles away from 4 Major freeway 5S-5N 91E and 91W, a few minutes away from Shopping Centers, restaurants, fitness, movie theater, 5 minutes away from Knott’s Berry Farm.
You’ll have nice kitchen access. The monthly rent is priced at $1,400.
The rent covers all utilities and internet services. On-site laundry. The house has been equipped with a water filtration system for very clean, chemical-free water.
YOU MUST HAVEs
1-A copy of a valid driver’s license is required. Background check and Credit Report are required.
2-A month deposit is required upon moving in. If the room is left in a good condition, then the deposit is yours!!
If you leave without a 30-day notice, the deposit is not refundable.
3- First month’s rent plus the deposit is required once we agree to make the move.
