My name is Jane, professional, respectful, reliable lady.
 I have 1 spare room for rent. My house is located in Buena Park downtown. My house has multiple parking spaces. This is a quiet place, a nice neighborhood. The house has a beautiful pool and a big backyard. You will have your own bathroom and air conditioner. The place is very clean and friendly, we are 9 minutes away from Disney Land, 1-2 miles away from 4 Major freeways 5S-5N 91E and 91W, a few minutes away from Shopping Centers, restaurants, fitness, movie theater, 5 minutes away from Knott’s Berry Farm.
You’ll have nice kitchen access. (Must clean after each use, please!)
The rent is $1,600/month per room.
 The rent is included utilities, internet. Laundry is on site. Only one individual and without the option to work remotely.

YOU MUST HAVEs 1-A copy of a valid driver’s license is required. Background check and Credit Report are required. 2-A month deposit is required upon moving in. If the room is left in a good condition, then the deposit is yours!! If you leave without a 30-day notice, the deposit is not refundable. 3- First month’s rent plus the deposit is required once we agree to make the move.

Please Note: NO DRUGS, NO PARTIES, NO CIGARETTES, NO SMOKING, NO PETS/KIDS, NO OVERNIGHT GUEST, NO COUPLES, NO REMOTE WORK. Please respect other’s space, must keep the room in good condition.
