Kevin's room

Room is 9.5’ x 12’ roughly and has a closet as well. Fully finished, does not include any furnishings, but that can be discussed as necessary. You will be on a separate level as where I am staying with a finished bathroom right outside your door.

In a subdivision that is quiet and very safe. Neighbors and kind and respectful. Driveway is 2-car wide and plenty big enough to not have issues with parking or getting out.

I am looking to split all utilities even.

I am 27 and am looking for a little help to pay bills. House is 1,830 sq-ft and has 2 full bathrooms. I work full time, 50hr weeks, so am not home during the weekdays very much. I’m very easy going and am hoping to have someone that respects me and the house.
