Amber's room

The house is fully furnished, you’ll only need your bedroom furniture (bed, dresser etc). There is a balcony and private bathroom. I am looking for someone to finish out the lease in July and either signing another lease or parting ways. The area is new the Town Center area so everything is really close!

I’m a 24 year old and newer to the area so I stay pretty much to myself. It is currently just me, my cat and my dog. The dog is very people friendly but does not like other animals so unfortunately no pets allowed.
