Hello, I’m renting a spacious room and private bathroom in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. You’re sharing the apt with a mom and a 5-year-old son. She works mornings during the week so you have the apartment to yourself if you are working from home. She is mostly home during the evening and on weekends. You have full access to the kitchen. Sorry, NO PET’s as the complex doesn’t allow it. The room is for 1 person only. Guest are allowed but please be respectful since the child. Utilities will be split between you and her.
