This 2 bed/ 1 bath home is beautiful! I have lived here with my now ex-husband since January 2021 when it was newly remodeled. Charming gated neighborhood, lots of parks and a greenbelt nearby. Convenient access to I35, the airport, HEB, Southpark meadows, and lots more.

About me:
i’m a 31 year old food & beverage industry veteran currently back in school to be a court reporter. I go to school from home, and my work will eventually be remote as well. I have a little zoo in my home! My two sweet pups, Cashew & Coco; and my 3 cats Kimchi, Queso, and Poppy. They are very well behaved and love to play and cuddle.
My hobbies include cooking, exploring the outdoors, finding fun new bars and restaurants, and watching netflix with a good bottle of wine :) Would love someone I could enjoy doing some of these things with, but thats definitely not a requirement.
washer/dryer in the house! bills/utilities included are wifi, water, trash, and HOA dues. We’ll split the electric & gas (about $150-200 per person monthly)
