Brooke's room

AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY The room would be upstairs and you would have your own bathroom. There are 2 rooms upstairs but the roomies are wanting to only have one other roommate so you could do whatever you want with the spare room (unless the other roommies want to do something with it too. But they are chill and are always up for ideas) The other roomies live in the master bedroom on the main floor so you would have the entire upstairs to yourself.

Utilities include internet, gas, and electric. There is in-unit washer and dryer, a garage, and parking in the complex. This space is a non-smoking area. No couples please (I know I’m the worst lol) If you do have a SO we do not mind having them stay the night at all or for a few nights. We just ask for a heads up. We do ask that the common areas stay clean. Personal areas are your own and we don’t go into each other’s space without asking out of respect and value for wanting to cry in peace from the Karens we had to deal with at work.

I am moving out in October and I am looking for someone to take over my lease (ending July 31, 2023). I am looking for someone now so there would be some overlap so if you need to move in sooner let me know and I am sure we can work something out! You would be living with the sweetest married couple (both in their 20’s). We are all very laid back and like to hang out. The roommates are very adventurous. They go on hikes, go camping, and love cars. They do have the cutest dog ever too. She will become your new best friend in no time. We all joke around, and have a good time together. We are all very respectful of personal beliefs and have the mindset of “if you respect me I will respect you”
