The developement, Farmington Village requires $60 App fee, they will do background check, and as long as alls good they will add ya to lease. Which is currenyly expiring 3/31 I think. I plan on staying and if ur happy here snd all is good ur welcome to stay also

Im Steve Im gonna be 66 in couple of weeks. Ive got a back dissability so Im pretty much home all the time. I moved here April of last year from NY. Its a great developement families, singles. I still dont know many people its pretty quiet. They do allow pets for a one time fee, not sure of amt and a monthly rent for pet. I dont have pet currently for financial reasons. I love animals but Im not to sure about allowing pet at this time. Im easy goin laid back. Im a smoker which I do mainly on back patio. Rent is $850 and you would have to pay 1/2 of electric which has been $60-$120. Internet& water are included in rent. Tv is little tricky. Ive got direct tv in LR and my BR. If you need tv ya can get ur own direct tv or if ya want yo share current tv thats fine with me but if ya watch alot prob best to get ur own. We can talk about that. You would have own BR and private bath, w/D in unit, patio, LR, DR kit d/w which ive never used same with sink garbage disp. I havent touched a/c since ive been here. Been at 71 degrees
