Eisenhower Circle

Space is a back house located separate from the main home . Bathroom, living space, and bedroom space included as well as a half kitchen ( only sink and counter) There is a microwave but no fridge or stove top (suggest buying a mini fridge and a griddle for personal use) space for parking in the drive way . Furniture listed in photo is no longer in the area only the wooden box platform! Walls may also be Painted grey at the time of move in , or if preferred you can paint them whatever color you’d like

Home owners are a loving couple male and female ages 21 . Very chill living in the main home. Won’t have to do much interaction if not needed/wanted.
