Stella's room

We have 2 rooms available. Both of them share a bathroom. We have rules to make your life pleasant and safe (one person per room, no smoking,m, clean after yourself, we don’t allowed visitors, be respectful and kind to other residents). We do background check. The area is nice and has convenient places around as HEB, Galleria, parks and restaurants. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED…YES INTERNET TOO!!. Parking available. If you are still interested I will be showing soon. Please park diagonal to the property at Rice Epicurean. The house is located at the corner of Fountain View and Inwood.

The townhome is clean and well maintained. We will have a lady cleaning the common areas twice a month.
