The apartment has 2 bedrooms with large closets, a large living room with natural light, and a tiled fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast nook. One bedroom is available in a well-furnished, comfortable, sunny, and attractive 1200 sq. ft. upper flat, within walking distance to the Ashby Bart Station (2 ½ blocks) & AC Transit (less than a block to buses F, 18, and 12) Tuesdays farmers market and the Berkeley Bowl. The apartment’s location makes getting to the University, SF, and Downtown Oakland very convenient Both bathrooms have been remodeled, and the kitchen has been recently updated kitchen. The living room features a fireplace, large windows, and hardwood floors. Biking is easy to UC Berkeley and downtown plus convenient freeway access. A parking space in the back lot, water, garbage, and building maintenance are included in the monthly rent which is $1250. Internet & PG&E are split by both tenants. There is an option for a 6-month lease minimum with the possibility to extend beyond 1 year

So a little bit about me is that I am a recent master’s grad and school social worker. I enjoy rock climbing, chess, intermural sports, and playing video games. I consider myself to be friendly and someone who respects the privacy and prefers a clean and organized house. I’m not much of a drinker/partier and prefer to have weeknights relatively chill with a 10:30 pm quiet time.
