West Knoxville home in a nice neighborhood, 4 bed 2.5 bath house (2058sqft). We’re located only 5 minutes from Costco, Target, Turkey Creek, etc., and are a straight shot down I-40 to UT.

There are two separate rooms for rent (perfect for you and a friend!) Preferably students in their 20s or young professionals working full-time.

Each room is $1200/mon which includes ALL utilities (electric, water, sewage, trash, air conditioning, heat, fiber internet/wifi, and lawn service). All utilities included in rent, so no hassle.

Home has on-site laundry facilities, Fiber Internet/WiFi, Wood fireplace, AC/Heat, Dehumidifier, Filtered Water, Air Purifier, Home Gym (in progress), Large backyard, Garden, Patio, and Fire pit! We have forested area around the house so plenty of wildlife, including; loads of fireflies, bunnies, birds of all kinds, etc.

We’ve freshly shampooed the carpets, washed the walls, and cleaned down both rooms in preparation for you. Feel free to call if you have any questions, thoughts, feelings, or concerns!

Hi I’m Noah and this is Matt, we are a couple of 24 year old bachelors who have recently graduated University and work full-time jobs. I work as a Continuous Improvement Project Manager and Matt does Process Control Engineering. We don’t watch TV or play video games, but rather enjoy learning, cleaning, and spending time with friends. We eat healthy and I usually do all the cooking for us, and don’t mind cooking for y’all too (if ya want). We’re respectful of you and your space, so you’ll have a personal lock for your door too for added security from guests.

Our only ask is no smoking, pets, or children, as we are focused on studying/careers with occasional outings or events (which you’re welcome to join in on too!)
