I have one unfurnished bedroom available in my new 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home in the Baseline Development in Broomfield. The rest of the house is fully furnished including a ping-pong table and a workout setup in the basement. Also a massive board-game collection and a lot of streaming services Utilities will be split 2 ways. I’m looking for someone neat who will keep the house clean. No smoking, no pets.
