The room is the master bedroom with its own bathroom and has a direct door to the patio. There’s a dresser and a bed in the room that you can choose to keep or we can get rid of it, your choice. There’s a pool and a dog park in the complex. I keep a dog with me in the apartment, she is a golden retriever and she gets along really well with everyone and any animal even cats so if your pet gets along with dogs then it is more than welcome. As far as the rent, it’s $1575 not including electric so you’re looking at around $800-$850 a month for you depending on the electric bill.

I keep mostly to myself and I stay a lot in my room. I’m really easy going when it comes to stuff around the house so you’ll find you can compromise with me pretty easily. I like to keep the house clean but I’m not a clean freak or anything, so I won’t be nitpicking you. I have a golden retriever named Penny and she is the sweetest thing, she gets along with everyone and she follows most basic commands.
