Looking for 2 girl Roommates! Located 1.6 From UT!

I just signed a lease that’s a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a fenced in back yard. The 2 bedrooms that are available are located downstairs. You will have to share a bathroom. The house is fully furnished you just have too furnish your bedrooms.(the furniture in the video is not my furniture) You will have to sign the lease and go threw their application process. I have reached the 2 pet limit so unfortunately no one with pets please.

Rent with utilities, internet, shared Netflix, Hulu. $1370 per person.

Location is only 1.6 miles from University of Texas at Austin. In the neighborhood of cherrywood.

About me: I’m 24 Part time Realestate agent and soon to be bartender. I have 2 small dogs that are Pomeranians. I would love to find roommates that I can be friends with! I love to work out, anything outdoors and girls nights. Ig is my first and last name with an under score.
