Looking for a single female roommate to live in the spare bedroom of my 2 bed 2 bath apt. I would like someone who is clean, responsible, and considerate. No pets or kids please. The community is very safe and quiet! The closet is very large and your bathroom is one step across the hall! Shared kitchen, washer and dryer, dining area, and living room (this is where consideration comes in haha). Must be able to pass a background check and sign on the lease!

Since this is a 2 bed 2 bath, it will just be me living in the master and potentially you in the spare bedroom!:) The master is also available but would be $640 + utilities.
