My name is Afsaneh and I am looking for a female roomie. I am a registered nurse and work Monday-Weds from 6:30-5p. I have a partner who does not live with me but usually comes over to visit a few days a week for a few hours.

I have six cats, so I am looking for someone who loves cats and doesn’t have any pets of their own. Unfortunately, this house cannot accommodate any more animals. I usually go out of town on the weekend about once a month and am willing to reduce $50 a month per sit from rent if my future roommate is willing to take care of the cats while I am out of town.

I am a very clean person and expect the same of my roommate in common areas. I’m looking for someone who is mature and an exceptional, honest communicator and willing to work through issues that could potentially arise during our time living together.

When I come home from work I usually listen to music, do chores around the house, cook dinner, and spend time outside. I get up around 4:30 AM Monday-Weds and try to be in bed by 9 PM. Other days of the week I am usually up around 6:30-7 AM.
