Home is an 1800 square foot split level. The upper level has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, deck and bathroom. The laundry room, family room, and third bedroom is downstairs. Quiet neighborhood that backs up to a walking trail to the park down the block. Easy highway access to both 610 and 10 and a 20 minute drive to downtown Minneapolis. You can use the large master suite upstairs which has two double closets and walk through to bathroom. There is a second bedroom upstairs for an office, your storage or occasional guests. Optional: fully furnished if needed. Ideal lease starts Dec 1, 2022- summer 2022 but I am flexible.

I’m a school social worker and recent empty nester. I’m moving into another place Dec 1st and will not there often other than an occasional overnight or to pick up stored items.
