Private bedroom and off suite shared bath in single story ranch style home. Carport parking. Quiet area and quiet home! This is a room/bath rental. Not a roommate/house rental. Please be prepared to eat out or supply a small microwave & fridge for the room for yourself. Occupation is limited to bedroom & bath only. Limited use of kitchen to be agreed upon. Other areas of home are not included. No guest or pets permitted. No smoking or daily consumption of alcohol on the premises.

Owner/occupant, professional quiet female who works from home, will not be intrusive or nosey! I do have two dogs who primarily occupy a sunroom or stay outdoors if weather is nice.
