Rachel's room

This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath first floor apartment of a house. There are original hardwood floors, a fireplace and plenty of storage/ closets space. The neighborhood has many families and is great to walk around. There is a small area a 10 minute walk from the apartment that has stores/ cafes and a few restaurants as well.

I have lived alone in the apartment for a year now and love it. The land lady and owner of the property is great and lives on the second floor. She takes good care of the property, does a good job communicating any important information and has any problems/ concerns resolved very quickly. And her son and grandson also live on the third floor of the house
