Used for creativity, yoga/exercise/meditation, and also for guests to sleep. Utilities run around $200-$300 per month. The landlord requires gainful employment equaling around $3,000 per month and/or strong savings.

I am a responsible, fun, and mostly quiet gal. I work in the coaching realm. I also teach yoga and barre. I love music, good meals, and travel. I have two cats that are very loving and well behaved. So you must love animals and be open to sharing this home with them as well. Unfortunately the landlord is saying no to more pets at this time. I would prefer a female roomie but will consider males who I have good synergy with.
