The room is not available until January 1st! Please confirm this works for you when you reach out. (Thank you!) Touring the house and, if possible, viewing the room beforehand, are part of the housemate selection process. These questions are asked a lot, and I want to clarify. :-)

This three bedroom home is tucked away in the suburbs of Mount Vernon. The kitchen and furnishings are modern, and the house well kept. There is a new BBQ grill and outdoor dining area in the fenced in backyard. The neighbors are friendly, and there is a long driveway for off-street parking. There is plenty of shopping within 10 minute drive, and downtown Mount Vernon is also a short drive. Bellingham is 30 min away, and I frequent it often!

Furnished room (like seen) is $930 monthly. The room shares a full bathroom with only one other housemate.

This room is ideal for a working professional. The house is quiet, clean, the housemates well-vetted and there is a lot of independence to enjoy the home as your own. (I allow for you to entertain family/friends/partners, within reasonable expectations).

The other housemate that you will share a bathroom with is a 30 yr old male who works full time during the week and is easy-going.

A dog will soon be joining the home, but the pup will stay downstairs and out of your living room area. I’m looking to adopt a miniature schnauzer; they’re ppl friendly, don’t make much noise and don’t shed (hypoallergenic).

I am a professional in the medical field, and I enjoy the outdoors in my free time. I can be social and down-to-earth, but I also value independent spirits and can give space. I take pride in my home and keep everything nice.
