(I’ve been in the apartment for about 16 mos, my roommate moved out end of April as he dropped out of school)

Move in ready ASAP-requires a year lease; however, there is a one time $850 move out early fee should you leave prior to the year lease is up. A 30-day move out notice is be required. 5 minutes from campus Ground floor apartment Your own private room and bathroom Laundry room close by apartment Apartment complex has pool, hot tubs, workout room, tennis and basketball courts, and is gated $850.00 rent includes parking space, water/trash Only additional fees would be 1/2 electricity and Wi-Fi(combined total has never been more than $125 a month) You would have to fill out leasing application with the office.(Office does require you obtain renters insurance) Potential for pet-I don’t have one, but I love dogs!! Your pet would have to be approved and there is an additional monthly pet fee which would be added to your rent. You would be responsible for all your pets care and any damages caused by your pet Business end:- In order to get keys, mailbox and entrance gate fob, you will have to sign a lease in the office. There is an office $50.00 application and back ground fee and will take about a week for approval Office requires a minimum of a 600 credit score. There is a security deposit (approximately $200) We can prorate first month rent to correspond with move in day, but all monies are due move in day, and rent is due no later than the first day of every month.
