3 bedrooms 2 and a half bathroom townhouse in Spring valley 77080 on I-10 and blalock near memorial city mall. 2 males currently living here. A female was occupying the room that is now vacant and available right now. Just bring your sheets, your clothes and your TV. Room is furnished with bed,ini fridge and microwave. It has large walk in closet, private sink in the room and attached bathroom that is shared with the other tenant. There is a half bathroom also available downstairs.
Looking for someone responsible about their bills, clean, and considerate of others. Nobody here smokes. We would prefer non smokers as well. No dirty dish left in the sink policy here. We do not leave mess in the kitchen. . Groceries near by, bus 5 min walking distance, post office near by as v well. Street parking available for free and garage parking with Remote available for $60/month No couples or pets allowed. Sorry.

I’m traveling the world as I work remotely. So I’m never home. When I am, I’m working from my room. So we would barely meet. However, u have security cameras at the front door and garage alley. Door will be open with your fingerprint. The other tenant goes out for work at 7am and comes back at 820pm. He is also always in his room. We are looking for a serious person not into partying and bringing people over all the time.
