1 guest room is currently occupied by a 27 yo professional un finance. The other guest room available is the one featured here. The Master’s bedroom ( which is my former room) is also available should you prefer a much larger room with queen bed, couch, office area and huge bathroom. It is $1200 furnished and bills included. Just bring your sheets and your clothes.
The guest Room featured here ($750) is furnished with bed, mini fridge and microwave. It has large walk in closet, private sink in the room and attached bathroom that is shared with the other tenant.
There is a half bathroom also available downstairs.
Looking for someone responsible about their bills, clean, and considerate of others. Nobody here smokes.
We would prefer non smokers as well.
No dirty dish left in the sink policy here. We do not leave mess in the kitchen. .
