I have a single bedroom available for rent. It is not furnished. All utilities are included. Shared bathroom shared kitchen and shared common areas. I do not have a car so if you have one you can park it in the driveway. There’s a huge attic space if you need to store stuff. Beautiful screened in porch to relax out on. Minutes away from Carlie C’s, Dollar tree, mi casitas, and other restaurants. I do require a 650 deposit and $800 a month in rent. This will be a one-year lease. I am the only person that is in this house it is a three bedroom, one bath house. Nice hardwood floors and tile throughout the whole house. I am a 30 year old single male who is a Divinity student full-time at Liberty University. I’m easy to get along with. I love music, enjoying the outdoors with nature, studying the Bible and building things with my hands.
