Victoria's room

This is large secondary bedroom in a newer manufactured home in a park only for nicer manufactured homes. Home is 1800 sq ft with large laundry & a good size office that can be shared. Room will be furnished with late 1800’s furniture, not available to show at this time. New mattress, linens, etc provided. The bath is a Jack & Jill, connecting to an unused bedroom. The empty bedroom is for when grandchildren visit and this is only time it would be shared. Double sinks with toilet and bathing in separate area. There is also a half bath in this home. Kitchen is large and has every convenience you could need. Whole house is available to roommates, but if preferred the roommate can turn the office into own living space, with understanding that will need to share the computer & desk. Nice covered front porch. Swimming pool & fishing pond can be seen from house & within walking distance. 5 minutes to almost everything. Quiet, clean, well maintained area.

Retired couple who think young! Retired military & American Red Cross Executive so as American as apple pie. We love laughter, intelligent, engaging, conversations. But have had roomies before and if quiet is your wish, we are fine with that too. Open to board & card games. Don’t watch a lot of TV, but there will be one available. We like a clean house but not crazy insane like colored matching hangers for each item in the closet. (Yes we know those people exist) Might be willing to trade food for house cleaning. We are open to new ideas & pretty easy to live with, so we are told. We have 2 dogs. Both are rescues, a small Cavalier King Charles Spaniel that is 1 year old with lots of problems, but we are former breeders & we will help him succeed. (Dogs will not be allowed in your areas as long as you keep your doors shut.) The other is a 14 year old Irish Wolfhound/ Golden Retriever mix & he is very sweet, other than he doesn’t like our other rescue. LOL. The neighbors are a nice mixture of all ages, beliefs, racial backgrounds, lifestyles. We are just moving in so we don’t know very many yet. We are also putting our own touch on this manufactured home as we have always lived in gorgeous large stick built & custom built homes, so there will be some remodeling going on even though this house is perfect as it is. So any roommate must be willing to live with a bit of havoc in that regard for awhile.
