4bed 2bath house. Outdated and I mean outdated! haha This is my grandmother’s old house (She wouldn’t let us change anything!). The bathroom you would have access to is carpeted. Utilities would be split between roommates. Side note: if you think DIY projects are fun I may try my hand at removing the wallpaper in the house so I can paint the walls. If it’s something you’d want to do with me that could be fun and if not that’s okay too! :)

Central A/C and heating, washer and dryer in the house as well. A cat is fine with me, as long as they aren’t aggressive.

Hoping to find a roommate who Ioves music, singing, and dancing. I love listening to music and often play it in the living room. So, it’s important you don’t hate everything I listen to. lol I think it’s always better when you become friends with your roommate, but at a minimum, all I ask is that you are respectful, pay your bills, and help keep the shared living spaces clean.

Cannabis is fine if you smoke it outside. However, if you smoke cannabis throughout the whole day we probably won’t be a great fit, unfortunately.

I previously attended UCLA School of Dentistry, to become a dentist, but withdrew in my third year. Long story! I’d be happy to share if we become friends.

I am a bit of an introvert until I get to know someone/become friends… then I love hanging out! But ya know…time to yourself is super important too!
