About the room
2,000 sq ft townhouse. Garage will be shared but lots of space in it. Own spacious bedroom (they aren’t tiny rooms) and own bathroom. We got utilities covered (internet, water, sewer, garbage, electric)… if it’s a couple then utilities will be split in half. But we will still cover internet and sewer.
