1,000$ + utilities (usually around 100$, but could be more depending on how much ac/heater is run).

Room is located near csusm , its about a 5 minute drive. Also close to palomar college as well. Across the street there is a grocery store which is convinent. No drugs. No parties. No overnight guests. Room is for 1 person only. There is a shared bathroom with one other person upstairs.

My brother and i currently live here. And we are planning on having 2 other romates to join us! We are renting out two rooms upstairs. I also have one cat!
