West 221st Street

I have a four bedroom two bath home with a huge backyard with pool adult size water slide great for entertaining couches tables we have a garage. The room is average size has ceiling fan and newly painted. Some natural light. But the room closet is on the smaller size. we have a den with fireplace great kitchen great front yard we have great neighbors love the neighborhood close to downtown Torrance shops entertainment etc freeway close by great place to live driveway parking lots of extra storage. pool has a pool man so pool is always clean.

At the moment it Has one female roommate and one male and then myself. I’I love doing anything outdoors so we really enjoy hanging out by the pool. we have a bar and lounge area so we have friends over. i love to water skiing go to the Beach .camping I love to read easy going laid back casual I work part- my roommate loves to cook which is nice cause I rarely do.
